Board Governance and Leadership Risks

This short video explores the impact of gaps in Board level capability, identified during a coaching session with a board member.

The use of video, by contrast, demonstrates how technology increases capability. I have previously written case studies telling the story of selected coaching projects. Now I am exploring how to use technology to ease the creation process and increase engagement.

I used AI to collate my notes and thoughts on a coaching session, AI then enabled me to shorten my draft of the story into a 1 minute video script, Just editing my own writing could have taken hours- debating what to focus upon, what to leave in and what to leave out.

I then pasted my final script into a video production app. This tool uses AI to generate, and regenerate the images, according to prompts given.
(Any resemblance to any of my clients or contacts is unintended and identities and other details have been anonymised for obvious reasons!

My voice was entirely AI generated, having trained the app, it voiced the script with my AI-generated voice.

The time saving is difficult to estimate. I imagine that this 'production' probably took me as long as it would have taken me to prepare and type a full case study. The challenge at this stage in my learning process is the time is invested in learning, but the benefit is hopefully in the accessibility of the message.

Providing that the media doesn't become the message as we watch the AI at work rather than focus on the story and issues being explored.
