Environmental Policy
Introduction and aim
The Big Blue Box ‘Mission’ is to Unlock Potential.
Our aim is to make working life happier, more enjoyable and more productive for our coachees and their employers.
We achieve this through coaching, in a style that facilitates, supports, and even challenges people to bring about positive, life changing results, in (and outside) the workplace.
There are two directors in the business, and they are the only people employed by the business.
We operate from a well equipped ‘home office’ in Weybridge, Surrey.
Our coachees are individual members of staff working within major client organisations based in the UK.
Our coaching is usually delivered in our client’s premises, in meeting rooms and similar spaces.
We recognise that our operations result in emissions to the environment, and the generation of waste and can require others to undertake activities which may do the same.
It is our aim to comply with legislation and other requirements, continue to reduce the environmental impacts of our business and operate in an environmentally responsible manner.
This policy describes how we will achieve our aim.
Responsibility
This environmental policy applies to all of our operations including marketing, providing coaching, accounting and managing information and communication, travelling, general management, office services, and procurement.
Chris Dyson, Director, is responsible for ensuring that the policy is implemented. However, we all have a responsibility in our areas to ensure that the aims and objectives of the policy are met.
Resources
We will ensure that resources are available to enable us to achieve our objectives and targets.
