My purpose or mission is ‘To leave it better’.
This is a real ‘driver’, integrated into all areas of my life, from my role as a coach and mentor, where I seek to leave every conversation with a positive outcome for my client, to the decisions I make that impact on the wider world, our environment and at home.
Founding my business in 2002 I bring over 21 years’ experience as a coach and trusted independent adviser.
I have a record of unlocking potential, inspiring change and improving performance for individual leaders and their teams across diverse sectors, organisational types and cultures in the UK, USA and Europe.
My particular 'sweet spot' is working with emerging talent, senior leaders, and in particular with first-time MDs, CEOs and business owners. Creating that ‘one-to-one’ collaboration based upon trust and openness, real insights can be achieved that can lead to transformative impacts for their personal effectiveness and their business performance.
